What’s changing?

• Password removal: You will no longer need to create, remember, or update a password to access your account.
• Email authentication codes: Whenever you log in, we’ll send a unique, one-time code directly to your registered email address. Enter that code on the login page, and you’re in!

Why we’re making this change:

Enhanced security and simplified access: No more “Forgot Password?”

When will this happen?

We’ll begin rolling out passwordless login on April 29, 2025.

How to prepare:

• Verify your email address: Please log in now and confirm that your email on file is current.
• Check your inbox on rollout day: When the new system goes live, simply enter your email as before and look for your login code in your inbox.
